This open invitation to tender concerns a level 1 health and safety coordination mission for the fire safety of the Flanders building, registered office of CRAM Ile de France, 17/19 avenue de Flandre – 75954 Paris Cedex 19.
The aim of this project is to carry out major work on fire safety, asbestos removal and replacement of distribution cabinets in a building classified GHZ – category 1 – ERP category 1. These heavy works will be carried out on the occupied site in multiple phases. Mission comprising:
a Tranche Ferme (estimated amount of the works: EUR 8 466 666,67 (Ht)
two conditional adjustments (estimated amounts of the works: EUR 11 200 000 (excl. tax) for the 1st conditional instalment and EUR 2 666 666,67 (excl. tax)
the strengthening of each conditional instalment is subject to a decision by the contracting authority. The conditional tranches will be strengthened after an administrative order has been issued.
The 1st will be strengthened no later than 31 January 2018 and the second on 30 January 2021.
No waiting or discharge allowance will be paid to the beneficiary. For budgetary reasons, the work will be carried out on several multiannual management contracts (GPP). Form of the contract: contract divided into tranches, at a global and all-inclusive price.
