Description

Das Bezirksamt Lichtenberg von Berlin beabsichtigt am Schulstandort Sandinostraße 8-10, 13055 Berlin-Lichtenberg beide bestehenden SK-Bauten, eine Grundschule sowie eine integrierte Sekundarschule (ISS), zu sanieren
und zu erweitern. Die beiden Bestandssporthallen und ein MUR-Gebäude sollen abgebrochen werden. Zwei Dreifeldsporthallen sowie erforderliche Pausen- und Sportfreiflächen sind neu zu errichten.
Hierfür sind Architekten- und Ingenieurleistungen für das Leistungsbild der Technischen Ausrüstung für die Anlagengruppen 4 und 5 gem. § 55 HOAI (2021) zu erbringen. Die Leistungen umfassen die Leistungsphasen 2, 3 und 5 bis 9 HOAI (2021) sowie optional die Leistungsphase 4.
