Description

The purpose of the tender is to ensure qualified architectural assistance both in the overall planning and management of projects, but also in parts of project processes. It is therefore a question of both client consultancy, idea proposals and certain individual export projects. This includes, for example, the need for sketches, calculations and participation in the initial conversations about content, design, location and statistical conditions and user involvement. There is often also a need for text, numbers, finances, sketches and visualizations that describe the vision, for decision-makers, foundations and users. Against this background, the Framework Agreement will help the Contracting Authority to achieve ongoing cooperation and a common thread through SDU's architectural identity. It is therefore crucial for the Contracting Authority that the Tenderers focus in their tenders on a wide range of qualified and certified (KK2, BK3-4) employees and possibly good partners so that the many different tasks can be solved.
