Description

The Grand Est Region, the European Community of Alsace and the department of Meuse each carry out a policy in the field of Digital Education towards the schools for which they are responsible. These three communities have formed a group of orders for which the Grand Est Region is the coordinator. The contract which is the subject of the consultation concerns the supply of computer equipment for the educational establishments of the Grand Est Region, the European Community of Alsace, the Meuse Department (approximately 402 establishments) and the internal departments of the Grand Est Region. The services are divided into three separate lots: Workstations (Lot 1), WindowsTM Mobile Equipment (Lot 2) and GoogleTM and AppleTM Mobile Equipment (Lot 3). Each lot will be concluded in the form of a multi-award framework agreement with four holders per lot and will result in the conclusion of subsequent contracts. As the need for IT equipment is recurring, the grouping of orders renews 1/10th to 1/5th of schools’ IT equipment each year; and the Grand Est Region renews for the needs of its internal services, annually 1/5th of its computer park. The period of validity of the framework agreement will be 12 months from its notification to the holders; it will be tacitly renewable three times per 12-month period. Subsequent contracts to be concluded in the field of the services covered by this framework agreement will be awarded in the form of a single-award framework agreement with annual order forms.
