Description

The University of Eastern Finland is tendering laboratory supplies and chemicals for the contract period 1.1.2026 – 31.12.2029. The objects of the tendering procedure do not include laboratory equipment that is subject to separate tendering. The subject of the procurement will be the laboratory supplies and chemicals mentioned in the invitation to tender and its annexes. In addition to the categories mentioned in the annexes, the procurement also covers laboratory supplies and chemicals other than those mentioned in the product categories of the suppliers selected for the framework agreement. For these other products, procurement-specific mini-tendering will be used by sending an electronic invitation to tender to all suppliers in the framework agreement. Participation in mini-competitions is voluntary and the supplier selected for the framework agreement may join or withdraw from mini-competitions at any time during the framework agreement period.
