Description

Der Markt Dietmannsried beabsichtigt die Grund- und Mittelschule mit Ganztags- und Mittagsbetreuung zu erweitern und ggf. den Bestandsbau zu sanieren sowie strukturelle Anpassungen vorzunehmen. Eine Machbarkeitsstudie für das Projekt wurde im Rahmen des „Landesförderprogramms Ganztagesbau“ von der Gemeinde bereits beauftragt und von einem Architektenbüro erstellt, aus welchem sich unterschiedliche Varianten ergeben. Leistungsgegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von Generalplanungsleistungen für das Projekt, d.h. insbesondere der Erbringung der folgenden Planungsleistungen, jeweils Leistungsphase 1 bis einschließlich 8: • Objektplanungsleistungen für Gebäude und Innenräume (§ 34 HOAI) sowie Freianlagen (§ 39 HOAI) • Tragwerksplanung (§ 51 HOAI) • Fachplanungsleistungen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (§ 55 HOAI) Nach vorliegender Kostenberechnung der von der Gemeinde derzeit favorisierten Variante (Neubau einschließlich energetischer Sanierung) auf Grundlage der erstellten Machbarkeitsstudie belaufen sich die Netto-Baukosten für die Kostengruppen 300 und 400 auf ca. EUR 10 Mio. netto.
