Description

Le projet porte sur l’ilot 2.4a faisant partie d’un ensemble groupé de trois lots (2.3, 2.4a et 2.4b) de la « ZAC Méridia » à Nice dans le périmètre d’intervention de l’EPA NICE ECOVALLEE-PLAINE DU VAR.
L’opération porte sur la construction d’un bâtiment de :
-155 logements étudiants,
-1logement de gardien
-2 locaux commerciaux
-42 places de parking en sous-sol.
La consultation est décomposée en 2 phases :
1/ une phase "candidature" au terme de laquelle, le pouvoir adjudicateur sélectionnera les 3 premiers candidats
2/ une phase "offre" : un Règlement de Consultation – Phase Offre – et le Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises seront remis aux seuls candidats retenus.
