Description

The subject of the public contract is the provision of the following services by the selected supplier. The subject of the public contract is the provision of services in the field of waste management – in accordance with the generally binding decree of the municipality and in accordance with Act No 541/2020 on waste and amending certain other acts, as amended, and in accordance with the applicable legislation, and the provision of other services and supplies specifically specified below. Specifically, the subject-matter of the contract is as follows: - Collection, collection and disposal of mixed municipal waste and sorted components of municipal waste (i.e. provision of waste management services) - Rental of containers for sorted components of municipal waste - Designation of containers with RFID chips that are compatible with the supplier’s registration system, i.e. delivery of RFID chips and their assembly or other permanent placement on individual collection containers (‘the registration marking’)
