Description

1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of bread and confectionery. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into the following four lots: 1) Part 1: Delivery of coffee, tea; 2) Part 2: Delivery of sauces, soups, processed spices; (3) Part 3: Delivery of instant meals; 4) Part 4: Delivery of vegetarian products. 3. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract in terms of minimum quality requirements is as follows: Annex 5 to the FTZ. 4. The detailed quantitative specification shall specify: 2) Form for calculating the bid price in Annex 1A to the FTZ – for Lot No 1, 3) Form for calculating the bid price in Annex 1B to the FTZ – for Lot No 2, 4) Form for calculating the bid price in Annex 1C to the FTZ – for Lot No 3, 5) Form for calculating the bid price in Annex 1D to the FTZ – for Lot No 4 – depending on the lots applied for by the Contractor. At the same time, these annexes constitute the forms for calculating the offer price. 5. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract in terms of minimum quality requirements is attached as Annex 5 to the FTZ. 6. The place of delivery shall be: Food Warehouse of Grupa Zabezpieczenia Rzeszów – ul. Lwowska 5; Food Warehouse of the Low Security Group - ul. Sandomierzska 20; Food Warehouse of Grupa Zabezpieczenia Jarosław – ul. 3 May 80; Food Warehouse of Grupa Zabezpieczenia Przemyśl – ul. 29 November 1.
