Description

This is a request for information for market prospection purposes and is not a contract notice or a call for tenders. The Lapland Welfare Area wants to lighten the recording work of social welfare and health care professionals and introduce an automated, AI-based solution that produces APTJ records of the client's and professional's conversations. The solution must be widely available in the health and social services of the wellbeing services county of Lapland. Preliminary requirements for the solution: · The solution must be a finished product and must be chosen from a single supplier. · The solution must listen to the conversation between the customer and the professional and use artificial intelligence to produce a logging proposal that can be transferred to the customer and patient information system. · Logging suggestions can be edited and the user can provide feedback on their quality. · The solution must be scalable to different services and professional groups and support Finnish; The possibility to use Swedish and English would be an advantage. The end-user interface shall be at least in Finnish. · The solution must have modern interfaces for integrations and produce reporting data (e.g. number of users and access times). · AI models must be up-to-date and the solution must comply with the EU's GDPR and AI Act. · The solution must be available on mobile at least on an Android device. To support the preparation of the procurement, the Lapland Welfare Region wants information on the solutions available on the market. We ask suppliers who offer solutions that meet the procurement needs and preliminary requirements described above to respond to our request for information. In the reply, we ask for a description of your solution and your contact details for the implementation of the market dialogue. The description of the solution should briefly describe the suitability of the solution, development plans, references, integrations with other systems, the duration of the deployment and project, the pricing model (e.g. license, capacity and maintenance criteria) and data protection, as well as other matters that the supplier considers relevant. In particular, please note the preliminary requirements above and describe how the solution responds to them. Replies must be submitted through the Offer Service no later than 19 September 2025. The information obtained from the answers will be used in the preparation of the future procurement of the Lapland Welfare Area. As part of the market dialogue, the Welfare Area can organise Teams meetings with registered suppliers and send them draft procurement documents for comments. A more detailed method of conducting the market dialogue will be specified later and agreed with the registered suppliers. Responding to a request for information and participating in a market dialogue does not bind the supplier to anything. With the request for information, the Lapland Welfare Region does not commit to tendering or implementing the procurement, but the decision to initiate the procurement process is made on the basis of the information obtained from the market survey. The Lapland Welfare Region considers the solution descriptions included in the information request responses to be business secrets of the suppliers. All discussions and communications in the market dialogue are confidential.
