BWI GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "BWI") is considering awarding a framework contract for tickets (pay-per-use, consumption model) for a temporary assignment including software maintenance support (license costs per system copy performed), implementation services (initial implementation) and software-related services (maintenance & further development and training after initial implementation) for an automation solution for SAP system and client copies for the Libelle SystemCopy software of the manufacturer Libelle AG in the amount of €432,921.64 by means of an open procedure pursuant to § 14(2) VgV. The contract shall be concluded for a maximum period of four (4) years. In the event that the future requirements for the strategic orientation of the client and/or end customer change, the client is entitled to make calls with a volume of 50% up to 1.5 times the aforementioned estimated order value (hereinafter also referred to as "ceiling"). This results in an upper limit of €649,382.00. Two drawers are formed. Lot 1 consists of the temporary provision of the software including software maintenance support (license costs per completed system copy as subcription). Lot 2 consists of the implementation services (initial implementation) as well as the software-related services (maintenance & further development and training after initial implementation).
