Description

The client (AG) operates a digital contract management system (VMS). The rollout at about 80 institutes of the AG has been completed, the nationwide continuous operation has been established for some time. In addition to an audit-proof contract filing system with deadline management, the system also depicts a differentiated contract creation process. It enables the creation of contract templates using the Xential tool. In order to keep its system up-to-date, the client intends to award a framework contract that covers its need for professional consulting services for professional development within the framework of the existing VMS landscape. The consulting includes, for example, checking the system for potential improvements, accompanying the further development of contract processes and specifics including agile technical and technical conception, quality assurance of implementation, MPG-wide provision, as well as support with change management.
