Description

The services will be the subject of two single-awarded framework agreements with no minimum but a maximum of EUR 600 000 excluding VAT per period and per lot, and executed by issuing order forms as defined in Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It is carried out by the Department of Sarthe, coordinator of the grouping of orders formed with 93 municipalities and 5 communities of municipalities for lot 1 and 90 municipalities and 5 communities of for lot 2. In this context, the Department of Sarthe is responsible for conducting the entire public procurement procedure in the name and on behalf of the group. Each entity is then responsible for the implementation of the framework agreement for its own purposes.
