The Netherlands organises 4 matches of the European Football Championship in Amsterdam, the EURO 2020. For the 4 weeks of the entire championship, there is a Fan Zone consisting of a Football Village and a Public Viewing Area at a central location in Amsterdam. Amsterdam is preparing for a European call for tenders for the organisation of the Fan Zone, which will be set up for the EK Voetbal, the EURO 2020. Amsterdam wants to use the knowledge and skills of the market to better define and demand services. A number of questions have been drawn up to give the Municipality of Amsterdam a better understanding of these (additional) possibilities. In addition, the Municipality wishes to hold consultations with a number of market participants who can organise the fan zone technically and substantively. The Municipality of Amsterdam calls on market participants to participate in the market consultation.
