PL-Gliwice: mineral-processing machinery
(A)The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of an electrolytic polishing machine, which is a device allowing rapid and simple polishing and picking of samples from metallic materials, intended for further metalographic testing of microscopic materials.
The subject of the contract is an electrolytic polishing which allows a polishing process with digestion, polishing itself or digestion itself, with a built-in base of at least 10 polishing and digestion methods and the possibility of adding at least 10 user methods, equipped with:
— sample scan function allowing the rapid determination of the relevant polishing and digestion voltages, the possibility of voltage control and polishing and digestion times, the possibility of connecting the external digestion system, the possibility of monitoring the temperature of the electrolyte and the application of automatic protection against any overheating that may lead to an auto-ignition phenomenon, an electro valve enabling the electrolyte cooling process to be activated using an external water system, the ability to control voltages and current intensities during the process and when the boundaries of the device are exceeded by automatic reduction.

Deadline for implementation: up to 10 weeks (70 days) from the date of signature of the contract.
B) Requirements relating to the subject matter of the contract to be met by the Contractor:
1. offering price, guarantees, time limits, conditions for performance of the contract;
2. to offer technical parameters that meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority.
Required documents and annexes proving compliance with the requirements relating to the subject-matter of the contract:
1.1. The price offer;
2.1. Table Technical Parameters;
2.2. Photographs, folder descriptions, prospectuses or other material – in Polish or English
C. The contracting authority will check whether the subject of the contract offered meets the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority. The absence of any of the above documents and annexes or the submission of documents and annexes containing errors will result in:
— rejection of a tender pursuant to Article 89(1). 1 Act in respect of points B) 1.1 to 2.1, subject to Article 87 of the Act,
— rejection of a tender pursuant to Article 89(1). 1 of the Act in respect of point B) 2.2, subject to Article 26(1). 3 Acts.
D. The specifications of the essential terms of the contract in printed form shall be available at the Contracting Authority’s premises as specified in point I.1) of this notice by the deadline specified in point IV.3.3 of this notice, and in electronic form on the Contracting Authority’s website until the opening date.
