Description

The purpose of these contracts is to provide reprography and printing services. They are subject to the Public Order Code. This document is designated by the term "the Code" in all the documents of the consultation. Qualified as service contracts, they are subject to the provisions of the CCAG "Current Supplies and Services" approved by Order of March 30, 2021. They are awarded according to the open tender procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Code. They constitute framework agreements with purchase orders subject to the provisions of Articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code. The maximum value of the contracts is set at EUR 2 900 000 excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract, including renewals. There is no minimum amount.
