Description

The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a concession contract for the management of the public drinking water service in the form of an interested management company on the perimeter defined in the regulation of the consultation and in the draft contract, in compliance with the principles of continuity of service and equality between users. The management of the drinking water service is ensured by the Concessionaire at its own risk, in accordance with the rules of the art, with the aim of ensuring the conservation of the heritage, the rights of third parties, the protection of the environment and the quality of water intended for human consumption. The financing of the concession is at the risk and peril of the Concessionaire. The services entrusted to the delegatee are described in detail in the draft contract and its annexes.
