Description

Implement within ROSA an IT solution enabling a physics-based modelling environment to analyse payloads and platforms in the context of space missions, approach analysis and performance evaluation of satellite communications, ensuring: • integration of data from multiple sources (observations, simulations, orbital data, etc.) into a unitary system; • Possibility to perform complex simulations for orbital re-entry and trajectory analysis scenarios; • tools for assessing critical performance parameters of satellites and communication systems; • support for strategic decisions in the planning and execution of space missions; • increasing the capacity of research and technical-scientific analysis at ROSA level, in accordance with the European and international programs in which Romania is involved. It is intended to purchase two (perpetual) software licenses: Software 1 - Dedicated to Orbit Calculation for Space Objects - Integrated software for modeling, simulating and analyzing the motion of space objects in complex gravitational fields, including orbit calculation, 2D/3D trajectory visualization, visibility analysis, determining communication windows and evaluating the performance of space missions. Software 2 - Dedicated to determining orbits - Advanced software for determining satellite orbits based on observation data (optical, radar, telemetry, etc.), using estimation algorithms (e.g. Kalman, Batch Least Squares), for calibrating orbital parameters, assessing uncertainties and validating the performance of tracking systems. The Contracting Authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications – on the 11th day before the deadline set in the Simplified Contract Notice for the submission of tenders. Only requests for clarifications made by the op.ec. within the above deadline will be answered.
