General information about the object The object includes general demolition of existing building and environmental station as well as new construction of apartment buildings. Premises for home care services are built on the ground floor with above-ground five-storey apartments and an attic floor. Number of apartments 35. The building will be certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver. The project also includes the construction of bicycle storage in the courtyard and the construction of parking spaces. Existing parking on nearby property (Mekanisten 12) will be upgraded with new pavement, stormwater wells and expansion of space for more parking spaces and new lighting.
