The Contractor shall, throughout the period during which the contract is binding, be in possession of: 1) HACCP certificate, issued by an independent, accredited certification body; or 2) Certificate of the competent authority of the State Sanitary Inspectorate or the competent authority of the Veterinary Inspectorate on supervising the application of the rules of the implemented HACCP system, issued on the basis of Articles 59 and 73 sec. 1 of the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety; or 3) Record of sanitary inspection carried out by the bodies of the State Sanitary Inspectorate, as an official food inspection body, which includes a point containing a positive assessment of the development, implementation and maintenance of the HACCP system pursuant to Articles 59 and 73 para. 1 of the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety.
