Derivative announcement - The operation concerns the construction of an environmental eco-pole at the Buch Test consisting of 3 sub-assemblies: - the construction of a recycling facility dedicated to the donation and reuse of objects deposited by users; - the deconstruction/reconstruction of the rubbish dump comprising part of open pit lockers, a sheltered part and a closed part in order to accommodate the various waste deposited by individuals and professionals; - the deconstruction/reconstruction of a transfer dock to allow COBAS door-to-door collection dumpsters to empty the various waste streams into semi-trailers before transport to treatment centres. The operation covers all the infrastructure, roads and networks present on the plot of 24 062 m2 as well as the construction of premises for reception, control, storage, recycling and administrative and social offices for an area of approximately 2200 m2. The activity is subject to authorisation under the Environment Code for the following activities: - Transit station for household and similar waste (38000 t/year). Heading 322A of the nomenclature. ICPE classification: authorisation. - Waste disposal (greater than 2500 m2). Heading 2710-1 of the nomenclature. ICPE classification: authorisation. - Green waste disposal (600 t). Heading 2171 of the nomenclature. ICPE classification: statement. The work will take place on an occupied site and will be phased in to ensure continuity of the waste disposal service.
