Description

Updating the methodology for the elaboration of natural risk maps for landslides and developing a framework model of specifications for the procurement of services for the elaboration/updating of these maps. The economic operator/association of economic operators will develop: 1. the draft methodology for drawing up natural risk maps for landslides, on the basis of which Annex 1 to Government Decision No 447/2003 will be updated. Consideration will be given to updating the existing methodology for developing natural risk maps for landslides; 2. framework model of specifications for the acquisition of natural risk maps for landslides, which will include minimal elements to ensure the correct and efficient use of public funds for this purpose. Deadline for requesting clarifications to the tender documentation, including the model contract: 18 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. In accordance with Article 161 of Law No 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information in relation to the tender documentation on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
