Denmark-Copenhagen: Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work
The Skuespilhouse is located on the Quehthusmole in the Port of Copenhagen. At the same time, the cattle project involves the construction of ramp and underground car parks for up to 500 passenger cars, as well as space formation on state land north (approximately 13 500 m²) and south (approximately 2 500 m²) for the Skuespilhouse. In parallel to the Liveststhus project, the refurbishment/reconversion of Saint Annæ Plads, the Livestock street and Nyhavn East are being carried out.
The site formation project is implemented by the Ministry of Culture on the basis of a donation from Realdania and is expected to include the following main elements:
A: Engine refurbishment through the construction of new steel spuns in front of the existing spuns, mainly by reusing existing anchorages, a total of approximately 700 lbm spuns at 6-9 m water depth.
B: Management of refurbished quay and of existing newly established quay with, inter alia, pulls, freehold logs, lifejackets and ladders, cast iron shams, as well as the supply of water, electricity and sewerage for ship rains.
C: Call bridges for smaller boats or for ducts, with a total of approximately 150 m² bridge deck at 6-9 m water depth.
D: Place-based concrete coating (field pad), a total of approximately 16 000 m².
E: Sheet irrigation via, inter alia, approximately 1 700 lbm cast iron vents, which edges each of the place-cast coating fields.
F: Wooden deck covering existing concrete structures (delay basins), a total of approximately 1 800 m².
G:Lighting, street equipment, bicycle parking, markings and stripping, plantation work, etc.
