Les travaux consistent à construire trois ouvrages hydrauliques permettant à la future rocade Nord-Ouest de Bourges de franchir les parties Ouest et Est du ruisseau l'Épinière. La procédure de passation utilisée est: l'appels d'offres (articles L. 2124-2, R. 2142-2 1º et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du code de la commande publique). Marché ordinaire. Pour votre information, l'arrêté préfectoral nº 2019-1555 concernant les prescriptions environnementales de la rocade Nord-Ouest de Bourges mentionne que la période privilégiée pour les travaux de la présente consultation se situe entre juillet et octobre.
