Description

Gegenstand des ausgeschriebenen Auftrags ist die Erstellung eines Liegenschaftsbezogenen Energiekonzeptes (LEK) für die Bundeswehrliegenschaft der Artillerieschule in Idar-Oberstein.
Die Liegenschaft wurde im Zeitraum zwischen 1965 bis 1969 errichtet. Derzeit befinden sich dort 64 Gebäude. Die Gesamtfläche der Liegenschaft beträgt 594 755 m².
Laut Nutzungskonzept vom 18.11.2016 sind 97% der Gebäude mehr als 20 Jahre alt. Ganzheitliche Grundsanierungen fanden bislang an keinem Gebäude in der Liegenschaft statt.

Aufgrund einer Stationierungsentscheidung und einer damit verbundenen Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtung wurde mit dem Ziel eine strukturierte Entwicklung der Liegenschaft anzustreben ein Liegenschaftsbezogenes Ausbaukonzept (LABK) beauftragt. Das LEK steht in unmittelbarem Zusammenhang mit dem Ausbaukonzept zur Liegenschaft. Das LABK wird dem Auftragnehmer mit Vertragsschluss zur Verfügung gestellt.
