F-Lille: Siteworks
as part of the redistribution of training within the Lillois Education Bassins, the Nord Pas de Calais Region has decided to rebuild the current LP Michel Servet by transforming it into a large Lycée Hôtelier, which will be built on the former Fives Cail Babcock site in Lille. In this context, it was necessary to use the procedure for the transfer of the contracting authority by designating the City of Lille as the contracting authority for the whole operation. After designating the project manager of the Lycée Hôtelier, the City of Lille launches the consultation of the preparatory works for the construction of the international high school for hospitality, catering and food professions on the former Fives Cail Babcock. The works will include: asbestos removal from existing halles; the demolishing of the structures of the balls to be restructured; demolition of certain halls; depollution of the site. The consultation is the subject of two lots indicated below. The duration of the contract is set at 19 months (including the guarantee of perfect completion) from the start of the service order. The overall time limit for the execution of the case is 7 months (including 1 months of preparation period) from the start up service order requiring the Contractor of Lot 1 to start carrying out the work incumbent on him.
