1. Przedmiotem zamówienia niniejszego postępowania przetargowego są dostawy sprzętu jednorazowego, zwane dalej towarem, spełniające opis i parametry graniczne oraz zgodne z asortymentem i ilościami określonymi w Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do Zaproszenia i zgodnie z „Formularzem Oferty”, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do Zaproszenia. 2.
