Framework agreement with purchase orders for the supply and delivery of maintenance products and equipment for the needs of Val d'Oise Habitat agents (3 lots)
The subject of this order form contract is the order for supply, delivery of cleaning products and equipment for the purposes of VAL D'OISE HABITAT agents. The contract is alloti and consists of three lots: - Lot No 1 - Sector West - Agence de Cergy - Lot No 2 - Agence Sud - Agence de Franconville - Lot No 3 - Agence Est - Agence de Sarcelles Since neither the pace, scope nor nature of the interventions can be precisely determined, the contracting authority has decided to use a split contract in the form of an order form in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The minimum and maximum amounts over the initial duration of the contract (i.e. 12 months) are as follows: - Lot 1 - Sector West - Cergy Agency - Minimum annual amount: WITHOUT - Maximum annual amount: 100 000,00 euro(s) excluding VAT – Lot 2 – Sector South – Agence de Franconville – Minimum annual amount: WITHOUT - Maximum annual amount: EUR 80 000.00 excluding VAT – Lot 3 – Sector East – Sarcelles Agency – Minimum annual amount: WITHOUT - Maximum annual amount: 120 000,00 euro(s) excluding VAT The amounts will be the same for each renewal period. The order forms will be notified by the contracting authority as and when necessary. The final amount of the contract will therefore depend on the number of services actually performed applied to the unit prices in the price schedule. In addition, the framework agreement is single-awarded and will be awarded to only one holder for each lot.
