Description

The purpose of this consultation is the project management mission relating to the construction of approximately 20 housing units at 27 rue du Poitou in Montrouge, on a plot that is currently unbuilt and is part of a discontinuity of the built front, in the immediate vicinity of the existing Aximo social residence. According to the provisional schedule, the mission will start in July 2027. Paris Habitat's expectations for this project are as follows: Ensure a good architectural integration, in compliance with the regulatory constraints of the site, Propose housing with a high quality of use on a constrained plot (orientation, lighting, distribution ...), Conduct a project developing environmental efficiency (eco-responsible and low-carbon proposals)
