Description

1. The subject of the contract is the adaptation of part of the office building located at ul Orzeszkowa 15 i al. John Paul II 40 for residential premises. 2. The detailed scope of the contract and the requirements of the Ordering Party are specified in the design documentation prepared by APA ARCHES Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa with its registered office in Poznań and in the model contract, which are Annexes 2, 2a and 4 to the SWZ. 3. The works which are the subject of the contract include: 3.1. The basic (guaranteed) contract, which includes the adaptation of part of the office building located at ul. John Paul II 40 intended for residential and service premises, detailed in the design documentation prepared by APA ARCHES Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa with its registered office in Poznań, which is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3.2. An order covered by the option right, consisting in the execution of a server room with technical rooms, detailed in the design documentation prepared by APA ARCHES Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa with its registered office in Poznań, which constitutes Annex 2a to the FTZ. The right to exercise the option right within the prescribed period (i.e. up to 4 years from the date of conclusion of the contract), the Ordering Party may exercise at any time on the terms provided for in the model contract.
