Description

I forbindelse med gennemførelse af flere, både mindre og større projekter, udbyder Boliggården rammeaftale om bygherrerådgivning. Rammeaftalen forventes at løbe i 4 år.
Boliggården er en almen boligorganisation beliggende i og omkring Helsingør.
Arbejdsopgaverne under rammeaftalen vil variere, men vil tage udgangspunkt i ydelsesbeskrivelsen for bygherrerådgivning 2019.
Boliggården ønsker at indgå en rammeaftale med 1 (en) bygherrerådgiver, som kan bistå Boliggården under gennemførelsen af kommende byggeprojekter og renoveringer.
Overordnet omfatter opgaven bygherrerådgivning i form af overordnet styring og koordinering af projekter i samarbejde med bygherrens organisation.
Værdien af de enkelte opgaver under rammeaftalen forventes at ligge i intervallet 250 000 til 100 mio. DKK.
