Unlimited tendering procedure pursuant to Article 132 of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1605, as amended) hereinafter referred to as the APA. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of disposable materials for the needs of the Provincial Hospital Complex in Kielce.
