Description

The subject matter of this call for tenders is ‘Selection of contractors to assess the compliance of the investment project and exercise construction supervision in the execution of construction works on sites on the territory of Bozhurishte Municipality under three lots’, as follows: Lot 1: ‘Performance of conformity assessment of the investment project and construction supervision during the construction works on the site ‘Strengthening of the building of Chitalishte “Hristo Botev”, Bozhurishte, Bozhurishte Municipality; Lot 2: ‘Conformity assessment of the investment project and construction supervision in the execution of construction and installation works on site: ‘Strengthening of the building of the Buratino State Forestry, Bozhurishte, Bozhurishte Municipality’ Lot 3: ‘Conformity assessment of the investment project and construction supervision in the execution of works on site: ‘Strengthening of the building of TPK “Letets” in Bozhurishte, Bozhurishte Municipality’. The conditions under which the subject of the contract will be implemented, the rights and obligations of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor for each of the lots, are in accordance with the tender documentation and the draft contract for each of the lots, as well as in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework. Scope of the procurement: The procurement for Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3 covered the following types of activities: A) SUBJECT AND OBJECT OF THE ORDER This public procurement includes preparation of conformity assessment of investment projects and implementation of independent construction supervision in the implementation of the project until its commissioning. B) THE CONTRACTOR WILL DO THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES: Assessment of the compliance of investment projects with the basic requirements for construction works within the meaning of Article 142(6)(2) of the Spatial Development Act, in compliance with the requirements of Article 142(5) of the Spatial Development Act; Compliance assessment under Article 169(1)(6) of the Spatial Development Act of investment projects within the meaning of Article 142(11) of the Spatial Development Act. Assessment of the compliance of the ‘Constructive’ part of the investment projects within the meaning of Article 142(10) of the Spatial Development Act. (if applicable to the specific lot); Exercise of construction supervision during construction, according to Art. 166 of the Spatial Development Act (SDA). The scope of construction supervision activities during construction is in accordance with Article 168 of the Spatial Development Act, including coordination of the construction process until the site is put into operation. Performance of the function of coordinator for safety and health in accordance with Regulation No 2 of 22 March 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety at work in the performance of construction and installation works. Preparation of a technical passport in accordance with Article 176a of the Spatial Development Act and Regulation No 5/28.12.2006 and preparation of a final report under Article 168(6) of the Spatial Development Act. The full information on the scope, volume and requirements for the performance of the subject of the contract for each of the lots is described in detail and regulated in the Technical Specification - Annex No 1 for the specific lot, an integral part of the procurement documents.
