Description

Dit betreft een publicatie van vrijwillige transparantie waarbij het waterschap zich beroept op artikel 2.163d respectievelijk 2.163e Aw 2012, teneinde opdracht te geven aan Haskoning DHV nederland BV voor aanvullende diensten t.b.v. maximaal € 120.000,--. De onvoorziene omstandigheden betreffen o.a. en splitsing van het project in fase 1 en 2 en aanvullende hydrologische berekeningen. Deze opdracht is in 2020 Europees aanbesteed, deze onvoorziene diensten zijn noodzakelijk geworden, verandering van opdrachtnemer zou tot kostenstijging leiden. Derden die een kort geding willen aanspannen jegens het waterschap dienen dit tijdig voor de afloop van de vervaltermijn van 20 kalenderdagen schriftelijk mede te delen aan het waterschap onder gelijktijdige toezending van een concept dagvaarding (via mail naar bdkraker@dommel.nl). Max € 120.000
