Description

One new BSL3 autoclave will be purchased at the University of Helsinki's EE building. The autoclave kills BSL3 level pathogens from liquid and dry waste. With saturated water vapour, commonly decontaminate solutions as well as materials, instruments, plastic and rubber articles, cages, metal and glass containers, etc. used in the laboratory. Sterile liquid containers are not hermetically sealed. The liquid sterilisation temperature is +121 °C.
