The subject-matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6. 1 pt. 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: OJ Of Laws 2022, item 672, as amended, ‘Forests Act’) comprising work on forest breeding and conservation, harvesting and scraping of timber, secondary use and tourism, to be carried out on the Suwałki Forest District in 2023. The material scope of the contract covers the total number of works on forest breeding and conservation, harvesting and logging, secondary use and tourism, as set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ. The quality standards relating to all the essential characteristics of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
