Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 672 z późn. zm.– „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, pozyskania i zrywki drewna, użytkowania ubocznego oraz turystyki, do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Suwałki w roku 2023.Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje sumaryczne ilości prac z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, pozyskania i zrywki drewna, użytkowania ubocznego oraz turystyki, wynikające z Załącznika nr 2 do SWZ. Standardy jakościowe odnoszące się do wszystkich istotnych cech przedmiotu zamówienia określa Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ.Miejscem realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia będzie obszar administracyjny Nadleśnictwa Suwałki, na terenie Leśnictw Białorogi i Bondziszki.
