Die Gebäude befinden sich zum Großteil auf dem Campus des Venusberg, weitere Gebäude befinden sich an verschiedenen Standorten im Stadtgebiet Bonn. Der genaue Umfang der Arbeiten kann dem Leistungsverzeichnis und dem Wartungsvertrag, die in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen enthalten sind, entnommen werden.
