Description

1. The subject of the contract is a group life insurance service for employees of the Regional Court in Szczecin, functional courts from the area of the Regional Court in Szczecin and their spouses and adult children. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to the FTZ. The gender-age structure of all employees of the Contracting Authority is included in Annex 8 to the FTZ. 2. The contract is to be financed from the own funds of the Employer's employees. The payer of the total amount due to the Contractor shall be the Ordering Party. The unit cost of the service for one reported person will be borne by the employee, by making monthly deductions from his salaries or other payments. 3. The Employer does not guarantee that all employees will join the group life insurance program. During the term of the contract, there may be changes in the number of persons covered by the programme. If an employee or a member of the employee's family waives insurance, the Ordering Party is not obliged to pay fees for them.
