Description

The term bulky waste defined by the Waste Management Act (OG 84/21, 142/23) is a waste object or substance that, due to its volume and/or mass, is inappropriate to collect as part of the mixed municipal waste collection service and is marked as 20 03 07 in the Waste Catalogue. A non-exhaustive list of substances and articles considered bulky waste is provided in Appendix II. Ordinance on waste management (OG 106/22, 138/24). The subject of the procurement »Downloading, transport and disposal of bulky municipal waste refers to: – loading, transport and disposal of bulky municipal waste The processor and the responsibility of the waste holder – the waste buyer that is the subject of this procedure ceases at the moment of handing over and taking over bulky waste by the authorised person of the bidder, i.e. after the person authorised to take over the waste in the manner prescribed by the Waste Management Act (NN 84/21) has taken over the shipment of waste and confirmed it by a certificate of the accompanying sheet. The contracting authority or the holder of bulky waste prepared for disposal is obliged under the Act to hand over the ePL-O via the e-ONTO system to the economic operator carrying out the waste management activity (the Tenderer), and is responsible for the accuracy of the waste data listed in the accompanying sheet. Waste weighing will be carried out on moderate wheel scales (50 t) at the collection sites of bulky municipal waste. Each shipment of waste must be accompanied by legal supporting documents, and the Client undertakes to submit to the Tenderer, each time the waste is handed over, a duly printed and certified Waste Accompanying Sheet – PL-O form, all in accordance with the Waste Management Act and subordinate legislation. The bidder undertakes to certify the accompanying sheets and send them to the Client within 10 working days of receiving the waste. The tenderer is obliged to treat the collected bulky municipal waste in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Management Act. The contracting authority shall not be liable for any failure of the economic operator/service provider to make any damage to third parties.
