Delivery and warranty maintenance of a new means of transport The subject of the order includes: 1. Delivery of 1 (one) new means of transport for the needs of GDNP 2. Warranty terms: 2.1. Warranty period in years for occurrence of factory defects not less than 5 years; 2.2. Warranty mileage in kilometres for manufacturing defects not less than 100 000 km; 2.3. Warranty period against corrosion breakthrough - not less than 10 years. All warranty periods will be considered starting from the date of signing of the transmission acceptance protocol for the delivery of the vehicle by the Contractor to the Assignor. The technical specification (Annex 1) provides a description of each of the components with quantity, minimum technical requirements and warranty and maintenance requirements.
