Description

The Education Agency would like to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for clearing, organising, registering, media converters and transferring archive material to UDE's archive core. The contract shall cover the Agency for Education ́s need for media conversion of archives in the contract period. The tenderer shall assist with: - Clearing and arranging -Organize - Preparation of delivery lists - Preparing archive material for media conversion. - Cavalry assessments Media Conversion - Transfer to archive core The background for this assignment is an order from the National Archive of Norway regarding clearing and handing off the agency's historical archive. The order concerns the entire agency ́s archive, which includes 8,000 shelf metres. The first call-off on the framework agreement will be the Education Administration ́s archive, this phase applies to approx. 500 shelf metres. The deadline for completion of the scheme and media conversion for the first call-off is 31.12.2024.
