Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services for the transport of disabled children from their place of residence to school/educational institution and back, on days when schooling takes place, i.e. when educational, educational, caring or school celebrations take place, in accordance with the calendar of the school year, together with the provision of qualified care during transport. 1. The subject of the contract is the transport of disabled children from the area of the Municipality of Tarnowo Podgórne together with guardians to schools and institutions.2. The list of children transported to schools, kindergartens and centres is indicated in Annex 10 to the tender specifications. 3. The contracting authority requires that transport operations be carried out ‘exclusively’, i.e. that the contracting authority does not allow persons other than those authorised by the contracting authority to be in the vehicle during the performance of the contract.4. The contractor must take into account the following assumptions: 1) the child should be brought to school (kindergarten), in such a time that he can start classes as planned, the waiting time for classes can not be longer than 30 minutes.2) the schedules of classes the contractor is obliged to obtain from each of the schools before completing the task and each year from the beginning of the school year. 3) The Contractor is obliged to determine, in agreement with the Employer, detailed hours of courses with a person appointed by the headmaster of the school and kindergarten and parents - guardians of students (based on the weekly lesson plan of students). The Contractor will provide each child, on a given route, with transport to school (kindergarten) on time, as well as return home. The child should be travelling as short as possible, but not longer than 1 hour in total. 45 minutes a day. 4) the schedule of transport should include the transport of a larger number of children at one time. Courses providing for the carriage of only one - two children are allowed only in the case of transport orders by the Ordering Party. In this case, the Ordering Party will separately determine the schedule, route of transport and the number of children. At the beginning of each school year and semester, as well as after each change in the schedule of classes in schools resulting in a change in the organization of transport, the Contractor will be obliged to submit the schedule of transport to the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party has the right to submit amendments and additions to the submitted timetable. 5) The customer absolutely requires that during each course in the vehicle there is a guardian who will watch over the safety of children during transport. 6) the guardian of the transported children must be an adult, prepared to perform basic nursing and care activities, have training or a course in the provision of pre-medical first aid, documented by a certificate, certificate or other document confirming the completion of training, form of improvement or obtaining a qualification.7) The term care means ensuring safety and hygiene conditions during the boarding, disembarking and transit of students, which is necessary for this type of transport.
