The subject of the contract is the supply of a brand new medium rescue and firefighting car with 4x4 drive for the Voluntary Fire Brigade in Płotów. The description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 3 to the FTZ. If references to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems are used in the description of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described. When analysing the description of the subject-matter of the contract, the contractor should assume that each reference used in the design documentation is accompanied by the words ‘or equivalent’.
