Description

A representative new office and laboratory building is planned for the Fraunhofer Institute IPMS-ISS and IKTS at the Cottbus site. The planned new building measure will provide office workstations for a total of 94 employees. 2,690 m ² usable space consisting of offices, seminar rooms and laboratories with appropriate infrastructure. A plot of land with approx. 5,150.00 m ² between the Nordring and the BTU (Brandenburg Technical University) in Cottbus is available for the implementation of the new building. The plot is part of an area dedicated by the state of Brandenburg to a non-university campus. Certification according to the BNB is not required. As a recipient of public funds, the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft attaches great importance to the realization of an innovative, sustainable and resource-saving, but at the same time economical.
