Die Deutsche Bundesbank nutzt zur Kommunikation aktuell die folgenden Technologien / Hersteller:
— Telefonie: Alcatel-Lucent Omni PCX Enterprise,
— Sprachaufzeichnung: ASC,
— Gebührenerfassungssystem: AlwinPro der Firma Aurenz,
— CTI-Lösung: Estos,
— Session-Border-Controller: Audiocodes (gelabelt und eingekauft als Alcatel OpenTouch SBC).
Ziel dieses Vergabeverfahrens war es, Rahmenverträge über die folgenden Leistungen abzuschließen:
— Ersatz- und Ergänzungsbeschaffung: EVB-IT Kaufvertrag 19/0004239,
— Dienstleistungen, Instandhaltung und Pflege: EVB-IT Servicevertrag 19/0004239.
Die Vergabe erfolgt an einen Wirtschaftsteilnehmer (Auftragnehmer) im Sinne eines Generalunternehmers.
