Description

The procurement shall include the following activities: 1) acceptance of the generated on the territory of the Municipality of Dolni Chiflik about 6 000.00 (six thousand) tons/year mixed household non-hazardous waste, as well as about 100.00 (hundred) tons/year non-recyclable waste, on a site with built and respectively commissioned installation for mechanical-biological treatment of waste, owned by the Contractor; 2) treatment of waste in a separating plant for the separation of recyclable waste suitable for other recovery; 3) handing over the separated and processed waste for recovery (incl. recycling, other recovery); 4) biological treatment of the separated organic fraction of mixed municipal waste, as well as their submission for subsequent utilization, thus aiming to meet the objectives of Dolni Chiflik Municipality under Art. 31, para 1, items 1 and 2 of the Waste Management Act. The contracting authority shall determine the technical specifications in accordance with Article 48(1) of the Public Procurement Act, in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legal acts in the relevant field.
