The subject matter of the contract is the conclusion of a framework contract with a single tenderer for the provision of patent agent and search services consisting mainly of filing national, international and regional applications for inventions and utility models, representation of the contracting authority before national offices in industrial property matters as well as before the European Patent Office and the Office of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), carrying out or commissioning patent searches, providing translations, facilitating representation before foreign offices through related patent offices in foreign countries in industrial property matters for ensuring the key activities of the project “New UP technologies in chemistry and biology”, ref.
