Description

Purchase of 2 trucks of category N3 under a sales contract: - 1 new category N3 2-axle combined sewerage truck, - 1 new category N3 sewerage truck with a tank volume of 8 m3 or more (19t – 4X2). It is only possible to offer a new vehicle. A new vehicle is a vehicle that has not been registered in Hungary or abroad and has a maximum mileage of 1000 km at the time of delivery to the Contracting Authority. The legal requirements in force at the place of operation, the applicable technical standards, the relevant European Community directives, regulations and other requirements relating to the vehicle to be tendered must be taken into account by the tenderer during the tendering process and during the performance of the contract. The vehicle must comply with the provisions of Government Decree No 6/1990 on the technical conditions for the entry into service and possession of road vehicles. (IV.12.)
