Acquisition d'un système de précession électronique pilote et d'une caméra grand angle compatible avec la précession adaptable sur un microscope électronique en transmission Philips cm 200.
Le marché est un accord-cadre de forme mixte qui inclut:
— une partie forfaitaire comprenant l'acquisition d'un système de précession électronique numérique, livraison, installation, garantie, maintenance et formation aux utilisateurs;
— une partie à bons de commande d'une durée de quatre ans pour de la fourniture et de la prestation à la demande: mise à jour logicielle, maintenance, consommables, extensions.
