Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust invites suppliers to bid for project management services for the specified projects.
Cancer Services
Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust requires a project manager to manage the delivery of our new cancer centre. This will be a new build extension to our Calow site with an estimated project cost circa 9 000 000.
The design and planning are at an advanced stage and it is envisaged that construction will commence Summer 2015 procured through a conventional procurement process and have a construction period circa 12 months.
Urgent Care Village
Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust requires a project manager to manage the delivery of our urgent care village. This will be a mixture of refurbishment and new build within a live emergency department setting.
An enabling scheme to relocate the existing fracture clinic and orthopaedic outpatients clinic is included within the scope of these works.
The design and planning of the enabling scheme are at an advanced stage and will be predominantly new build extension but with an element of refurbishment and it is envisaged that construction will commence Spring 2015 with an anticipated construction period circa 40 weeks. Estimated value circa 3 000 000.
The design and planning of the urgent care village will be undertaken during the enabling works construction period. Current plans are for the construction phase of the urgent care village to commence Spring 2016 Estimated value being circa 10 000 000 with an anticipated construction period circa 14 months subject to the appropriate approvals.
The anticipated procurement route for this project is P21 plus framework.
Short-listed suppliers invited to the second stage ITT may bid for one or all projects to provide this service.

You must then submit your reply using the 'Submit Response' button at the bottom of the page. Alerts will be sent to your request email addresses when any correspondence, alterations or clarifications are issued.
